I hit the outlet complex, walked into this Coach store, found a bag for my wife, paid about 25% of the tag price, and was back on I-5 within 25 minutes... very satisfied that I scored a nice deal on a well crafted and attractive item. The selection at the store was broad enough for a Coach neophyte such as myself. Staff was professional, helpful, and efficient. Did my wife like the bag? Yes. :)
