Bought sunglasses that were supposed to be on sale here. Then found the exact same pair on Oakley.com for much less. They can only price-adjust at Oakley stores, which are few and far. Was told over the phone that Sunglass Hut would process the price adjustment since they're a sister company. But that wasn't true. Lots of driving just to resolve this.

Alright so let me just say from experience working in customer service for many years, in retail and other facets of the industry. This was hands down one of THE BEST in store experiences I’ve ever had!! The sales associate Arron and the Store Manger on Duty McKinzey, are the definition of optimal employees! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and welcomed professionally. Any questions I had were answered and any requests I had we made possible, to the best of their ability. This store usually isn’t on my radar when I go shopping at the outlets store. But now this store has been put high on my list of places to shop. The gear selection in the store is amazing! Those guys in there know what they are doing! I honestly loved the brand before this experience. But now Oakley and the Team over at the Woodburn Outlet Store, you have won a customer for life. Looking forward to seeing you all again very soon!

This place had all the Oakley options a fan could want in sunglasses. They even had a few 1/2 price clearance frames if you purchased a pair first. The service rep was very helpful. Any shades fitted were left in a to clean station which is appreciated as the pandemic continues. This store will also install replacement lenses which I made have done next visit.
