Woodburn dmv is the most unprofessional office I've ever gone to. Every time I try to do anything thier it's a problem. Don't go thier is all I can say and if you do be prepared to have a bad day.

I found the office in Salem off of Lancaster to be a great office. Friendly and helpful....not a typical DMV. Worth the drive.
