Best DMV visit EVER. Took my son to get his lisence (tested elsewhere) at 8 AM and we were outta there by 8:10. It was worth the drive to avoid the wait. I hesitate to post this review because I kinda want to keep this treasure to myself!!!

I've been a marion County resident since 2017 and have all my vehicles registered under my marion County address in Woodburn but for some reason the dmw is charging me a $60 Clackamas County fee to register a new vehicle. All of my vehicle regeneration is incorrect saying Clackamas County. My address has been up to date with the dmv and according to my voter profile summary. They are not refunding my money or catching on to the mistake and correcting it. Poor customer service all around. Everyone working here has no motivation to offer a solution.

Maybe it was just luck of the draw, but I had a totally five star experience. The guy at the reception desk was good natured and humorous and helped me get all my paperwork in order so there wouldn't be any delays. Then I got to go to the front of the line because I had an appointment and was called up within 10 minutes. Took about 20 minutes to get my new license and real ID and I was outta there. Everyone seemed really friendly and helpful to me.

Vehicle license
Yea , but not with out having problems every time go to Salem dmv or Gladstone exspress dmv but don't go to woodburn dmv. The worst place to go be prepared for a bad day if you do.
Scheduled out, yes.
Hello good morning license suspension?
They give you a temporary one there and mail the permanent one to you.
I would call and make an appointment. If they are like all other DMV in Oregon you pretty much need an appointment. Now they may have a very limited walk in at certain hours. Just go to Oregon DMV website and get the low down.
Mine took like 4 months to arrive but if I did
You need an appointment
I found the office in Salem off of Lancaster to be a great office. Friendly and helpful....not a typical DMV. Worth the drive.
Check their website or call them directly, they probably don't monitor this Google website.
You have yo make an appointment and go in. No good online stuff yet.
Appointment only..but its easy to make an appointment on line
You have to make a appointment. You made be able to get plates and tags online instead of going in
Nope due to fires. I had an appointment yesterday drove over 30 minutes to get to it and i had no phone call nor email saying that they were closing for yesterday and today. So now i have to push my appointment way farther out now because of this huge inconvenience. Their call customer service call centers are as well closed. And there is no way of calling the dmv location.
I don't because when I called the dmv they wouldn't give it out, you have to call and make an appointment to do anything with them I'm sorry I wish I had it
Email or call 945-5000
Yes, everything needs a appointment if it can't be done online.
Hey Bob it depends on the length so it's best if you call them they'll guide you accordingly
Yes. I traded my old car for a newer vehicle. Used the plates and tags from my old car and used them on my new car.
Yes
A legal document that shows you change the name
Proof it's you like your birth certificate social security and you need your parent for proof of where you live
All the DMV offices are open 8 to 5 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and 9 to 5 on Wednesday. Closed on weekends as de far as I know, I have been visiting their offices for the Last 8 years and they have not changed their schedule
I'm not sure. Call at 9 am.
Call them and ask. I would assume they do. You're asking dmv customers here...not the actual dmv.
Good luck getting a drive test at Woodburn. They only schedule 90 days out and almost never have openings. I have been calling weekly for six months and they have never had an opening for Woodburn.
Social security can be valid or just what it tells me
No only monday thru friday
Birth certificate and just a piece of mail should be fine
Call dmv and ask them.. or better yet, since you obviously have internet access, go on the dmv.gov website and check for yourself.
Anytime in the morning t I've found it to be pretty fast
Depends on the vehicle year, make, and model. Also, there is a charge for the time between registrations or title owner change.
