The rooms themselves and the interior of the buildings are smoke free, Outside the only places you cannot smoke is the pool area, everywhere else is good to go... just don't smoke underneath someone's window or you might have someone complain. The staircases have an overlook with a trashcan that has a ashtray for a lid.
They have non smoking rooms. There are no balconies
It is Non Smoking. Im not sure of too many faciliturs that have smoking anymore. Balconies are not off the rooms themselves but each floor has a look out.
100% Smoke free property & no, there are no balconies. During my stay, I'd go outside & sit in my car with the door mostly shut & have a smoke. Also, during which time I kept an eye out for security....LoL.

None smoking rooms with small designated spaces outside.
