It's dirty, and some selves are sticky. Homeless people live outside the door. Carts, or trolly are rare to find. Employees are unhelpful. Half the stuff in the store is not in English. There are days went stock is low, and selves are empty. Alot of missing price tags. It's also located in a neighborhood that knows nothing about blind people.

Awesome place to go if you need a quick cheap item, like a phone cord to charge your phone, or some milk for some cereal Karma or some bread. But if you're running things like triple a double A battery she batteries D batteries they kind of go very fast and not very reliable on Monday for restock they don't restock every week like they should. At least the one here in Sacramento Richards Boulevard and the one that lived used to be down on 13th and S Street Sacramento California. The one up on 56 Light Rail station that one okay as far as keeping up with her restocking fee and the grocery outlet there's free reasonable as far as keeping the shelves stocked. Then there was the 99 Cent Store out by American River College that one closed down that one usually it was hitting mrs. Far as that they would have the item you wanted and the new one they opened I have not checked out yet. A 99 Cent Store out in Citrus Heights over as you're going toward Costco I do not know how that there's I've only been in that 99 cent store one time.
