Positive: The maintenance guy Paul was awesome very friendly and very helpful. Negative: They keep part of your deposit saying it's for stains. There were stains on the sheets when I got into the room. The room was not clean in the first place. Dust and dirt and the wood floors had crap on them it was disgusting. I would not stay here again!!

Absolutely awful, the room was dirty the staff was rude, there were multiple groups of people fighting outside and yelling at each other. Security was banging on our door at 10:50 yelling for us to get out as we were packing up our things for checkout which was at 11. I highly recommend you stay anywhere else.

If it allowed me to submit zero stars I would have. i booked this hotel, prepaid for the room and per their instructions, called them in advance and advised I would be a late check-in. I arrived at 1:30 a.m. after spending 6 hours driving on the road and they had given my room away and they had no other room to give me. I will NEVER, EVER stay at a Red Roof Inn ANYWHERE after this experience. I might also mention that I called the hotel twice when advising of my late check-in. First time they asked to put me on hold and then hung up on me. The second time they said thanks for letting us know but didn't even ask my name or what room so I had to ask, "don't you need to know who I am?"

Positive: The room setup was not bad at all. Like the split wall to divide the beds. Negative: Very dirty room. Blood stains on blankets. Dried food and dirt all over the floors and counters. It takes maybe 10 minutes max to use a Clorox wipe and wipe down all the surfaces and door handles and to sweep/mop. Gotta do that is you want people back
