The front staff is so friendly and helpful! Full kitchen in the rooms! And an amazing breakfast buffet!! Judy in the AM breakfast service always has a smile and abundance of energy!

Perfect little place in a perfect location—worked well for me as I just moved to the area. Love me some free breakfast—especially the buffet there. The breakfast service lady, Judy, was excellent, as was all the staff I interacted with.

We enjoyed the large buffet breakfast and setting of seating area. The worker Vi was super in meeting our needs for breakfast, very courteous, and attentive 😊. We like the large kitchen in our room, the shower head work nice and got a spacious room in our inn.

The hotel falls somewhat short of what we have come to expect from Marriott's level of class. It's not horrible, just not up to par. Great location for the hotel though, decent food options and close to downtown and the airport. Rooms: Rooms are semi updated. The room we were in had a dented fridge that I brought to the attention of staff because I didn't want to be charged for it. Staff: Staff is friendly, but they appear stressed and overworked. Example: I called the front desk the night before check out, asking the front desk what time checkout was. They said "3pm." I thought it was odd and confirmed 3pm and they agreed. The next day, we went out for an extended breakfast and returned at 12:25. Our key cards didn't work. I approached the front desk and they asked me why I was was past checkout time. I informed them I was told 3pm, twice, by the front desk employee from the night before and the current employee was still bewildered and repeatedly told me I was past checkout. I don't know what the issue was since I was just trying to get my key card renewed so I can get into the room and get my stuff so I can leave. To be clear, the staff was respectful, they just appear to be super stressed with a lot going on. Our experience overall wasn't bad, there just wasn't anything great about it. Pretty substandard for Marriott. This could be influenced by the pandemic, so cut the staff some slack. I would still stay here, it just may not be my first choice.
