Do they allow kites

I doubt they would allow that in the play area. There's lots of other places which would probably be good for flying kites though.

At the play area, doubt it, but near the lake seems like more fun.

Is there snow in big bear right now ..you know any good area's that are free for kids to play in?

My son is on me about a really nice one he just got and wouldn't let it go unless I asked. Thanks, I kinda figured tho
