Avoid renting property from this company. We rented from them through AirBnB and the local property manager never returned any of our calls or voicemails during our stay even though we needed his help. The only thing you can do is call a 24/7 call center which isn’t helpful at all.

Really pretty terrible from an owners point of view. We’ve had several items damaged and broken and items stolen that they don’t seem to notice or do anything about even when we ask. Would strongly suggest using someone else as a management company. We’ll be looking to change as soon as we can.

They screwed over my sister by taking $1000 through Airbnb then telling her a week later she isn’t old enough to rent from them (even though she’s old enough to rent from Airbnb and has done so multiple times). Now they don’t want to give her a refund. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! They’re scam artists.

Canceled reservation I had with Airbnb because owner didn’t approve anything less than a 5 night minimum. I made the reservation about 6 months prior to our weekend trip and the cancellation came about 3 months prior. I had communicated with the agency multiple times. Sent me “comparable” properties that were over 2 hours away. Person on the phone was respectful at least.

Trip Protection is an optional supplement to your reservation. When you opt in for Trip Protection, you’ll be eligible for a full refund for any nights canceled due to illness, death in the family, flight delays, flight cancellations, or road closures due to bad weather. You can purchase it up to 30 days before your reservation. (If you’re booking within 30 days of check-in, you can add Trip Protection up to 24 hours from the time of making the reservation.)
We have lots of dog-friendly homes to choose from—just check the home’s listing, and make sure to add your dog to your reservation.
