Our 2 night stay was good. The location was clean, everyone was friendly. The spot was a little tight and real close to our neighbors. Our trailer is 26' long. We thought the spot would be overlooking the actual lake but it's really close to it, as well as the Marina. We rented a pontoon boat for 2 hours. We loved it. Although it was nice and clean, I think we will try to stay elsewhere on our next Big Bear Lake trip.

Check in was fast. We didn't have to wait a long time for my party to board the boat. The boat was clean, staff was fast in explaining how to operate the boat, they made sure the boat had gas, and made sure we knew how to use the boat before took off. Check out was just returning the boat. It is also easy to find the Marina via GPS instructions. Parking lot is a good size, did not have trouble finding parking.

Let's Do A Trade

1st time renting a pontoon boat. We even brought along our dog. The staff was very friendly and helpful in understanding the rules and how to drive the boat. The boat was easy to drive and good advice from the staff of where to avoid going (too shallow). We can't wait to come back next time for even longer than 1 hour. Do recommend having a reservation (especially in the summer times).

It was our first visit here, we had a wonderful RV spot overlooking the lake. Making reservations was easy online. We had a lady call and follow up on our reservations and answer any questions. The kids all had an exciting time. They explored the waters edge from sun up to sun down. They really enjoyed the swingsets, too. All of our neighbors were courteous, no rowdy partying that we could hear. We did notice that many of the sites were taken up with boats that were being stored for the winter. We were right near the entrance so I don't know how many sites were actually available to RVs. We will definitely be back!
