Okay I came here with my church and it was an amazing experience this place is beautiful the staff are very kind and the food was pretty good. Even when coming to the director because of my very minor injuries he was very proffesional with trying to help me out. Very magical place that i will be having alot of memories to look back at.

Most of the facility is nice. Long time remodeling seems to take years. We've been going here for church retreats for the past 11 years and have seen changes, extremely slowly. Food quality os fair at best. Kitchen manager is loud and tries to be very intimidating. Since the kitchen is connected to the main dormitory the sound of prepping breakfast resounds though the hallways at 5AM, The kitchen help don't close doors to contain the sound or try not to throw large pans around. The dorm rooms are 1950s at best but they are randomly remodeling each room two or three every year. Too slow for customer satisfaction. The main lodge is beautiful. Hopefully the management will step up the pace for the remodeling of the dorm, and improve the food. Food that's canned, frozen, lowest price choice, is not very appealing.

Yes, there is one in the dining room. As far as for usage, I believe it is available during meal periods

Cedar lake is not a campground its a group camp meals and activities included its very beautiful! please check out the website!
Although the Big Bear area is known to have a fire from time to time Cedar lake Camp is near the lake itself and the town. Big beautiful trees with no sign of burn area.
