Lovely cabin, easy smooth registration process. Had an issue turning on the gas fireplace and the tech, Brent, came quickly and solved it fast as well as just being lovely and kind! Nick at the reservation desk was great. Could use more cooking pan options, but the porch and lovely furnishings, cozy atmosphere, great quiet location are fantastic. Great weekend for the adults and our 11 month old.

We stayed in the most beautiful, spacious cabin with a hot tub, pool table and foosball table. The house was gorgeous and so clean!! There were so many board games for the kids to play, comfy couches, big screen tvs, and a huge cozy fireplace. They even had brand new yoga mats for us to use! The best part of going through Destination Big Bear was the concierge level customer service. Any concern we had, all we had to do was a call and a friendly person would help us out right away. I’m sorry I don’t have the names of the lovely people that helped because my friend that was staying with us was the one who made the calls. At one point there was a beeping sound and we thought it was some kind of alarm malfunction. They sent a guy out at 8pm, I think his name was Brett, and it was just the wine fridge door that we left open. It was our mistake and he was so gracious about it! It was such a beautiful location and close to skiing and tubing. We had so much fun that the kids didn’t want to leave!! This was by far the best and most luxurious house I have ever rented, I wish they had locations in other places!
