1/27/22 BRING CASH π΅!!!!!! They donβt accept credit cards π³π€¦π½ββοΈ! We came as a big family β€οΈ 5 adults and 3 kids and we had the best time ever ! We got the tickets and honestly the entire process is fairly easy . It was expensive but honestly was worth it ππππ we got up the hill and went down and it was scary at first but after going a few times the adrenaline rush it addictive! We laughed and went up and down the hill for 2 hours . Everyone was friendly and helpful β€οΈ The bathrooms where simple and nothing fancy about them . They did have section for gloves 𧀠and warm hats if necessary β€οΈ Parking was close and free π Definitely recommend this place! Come prepared ( dress cozy , gloves , GoPro, cash π΅, coat π§₯) and your ready to go !

Got there at 930 to beat the crowd and begin lining up for the 10 am opening. Super easy check in process. It's cash only which I read online ao I was prepared but they also offer atms at the property. The boys had such a fun time!! Definitely going back.

No, but check the Big Bear website for more accurate answer.
You would have to check the weather and current conditions in the area you planned to visit.....have fun!!!!!
snowfall starts at 3am sharp ;-P
Si toda vΓa hay mucha
$40, Prasanna is correct! Night pas starts at 5. Plan on filling out waiver. That's the longest line and CASH ONLY!!!
If your goin up today wed 12/29/2021 yes at least bring some. Snow will come today. Check weather for exact time
Snow on back side of big bear. Around big bear lake. Roads are clear no chains required. So much fun on tube rides in big bear city. Alpine slide. ππΎππΎππΎππΎππΎ
You can check out the live cameras anytime to find outhttps://www.bigbearmountainresort.com/cams
You don't need them because it is not to much snow now
You can get the ticket online as well as over here at ticket counter after your arrival.we have bought the ticket on arrival.you just need to sign the waiver before buying the ticket. Also it will definitely be available on Saturday
Yes they have enough snow. You can't really "play" in the snow there. There is no room. It is just to go down the hill over and over. You have to find snow somewhere else to play in with kids.
Ye'ppp.....and its poppin!!!! If YOU'RE not there then you're a SQUARE!... Just be patient with the travel...and have Funnn!!
If you do you still have the pay the access fee of 35$
$35 for Adults and $20 for small kids. There is a height requirement I think its between 36" and 42" look it up on thier website. Also. Its cash only
That is just tubing in snow season. They also have a rope course in non-snow season. I would agree with what others have said about time and crowding, but is true about any snow area. So far this has been a very dry year so virtually all snow now is man-made. The owners also have another place across town with other attractions. You can ask when there for directions and what they offer. WARNING all holiday weekends are very crowded.
I'm not positive but I believe the should be. Typically they are open on holidays like that.
You need to have them in vehicle.
YES LOTS OF SNOW
Open area
Free
I went there last year and I think they charge $35 general admission and less than 42" $20 but you can always check their website π
ONLY IF YOU BRING IT
Use your gps, time varies with traffic
You have to at least carry them in your vehicle. It's the law.
On the way to Big Bear you will see cars stopped on the side of the road and people sledding, playing in the snow - free.
Yep
fake but there will be some snow
No. The Snow place will shut down due to Hot weather. The Snow place is open from i beleive November or December and ends April. Other Attractions are open at that time.
For Adults there are 35 and children are also 35.
Bring them just in case, you never know.
Yes, they will try and tag your pants with a zip tie and sticker of the day so you can enter and re-enter at will.
Should be lots of fresh snow up there. Take your chains. $35 sounds about right. Go early.
That we be a question for Cal Trans
There are some tables, but not many. They sell foods like nachos, potato chips, hamburgers, etc. We brought lunch and ate in the car.
I know that Snow Play was open today. It's been raining so they may have closed
Both, just depends on the weather
No, however, snow play will be open and blowing snow! It's cold and beautiful up here. Lots of snow around...have fun!π
Most likely.... The storm brought a lot of snow to Big Bear per the local news.
No not really. It's always busy there. You spend most of your time waiting your turn to go down the hill. In the two hours I spent there I went down the hill 4 times. Save your money. There are different areas of big Bear where you can have snow ball fights. Buy some sleds from big 5 for 20 bucks and have a blast doing both.
I was there 3 days ago ... Ellis made their new pronoia although I think they were expecting a snowfall for this weekend, so it must be fine
I doubt they would allow that in the play area. There's lots of other places which would probably be good for flying kites though.
They sell them there they have 2 sessions morning and night. Maybe online not sure.
Online or call most likely will be there
They would have to stay in the parking lot area where there is no snow.
Google 'big bear road conditions' or something similar and you will be redirected to sites that have updated reports.
$35. Expensive but worth it. We're going again for my daughter's birthday in February.
Nope. Be sure to pick the inner tube that has the most air. It will feel harder and thus be faster.
Very little snow but the summits if
No, in fact they may not let the toddler go at all, I think their is a minimum age and definitely no outside sleds. You should probably get one of the state park day passes for your car and find a small hill.
