Why aren't their Steaks as good as they used to be? Do they have a new cook or meat supplier?

After speaking with someone who has worked there for a long time, she said that sometimes they have a hard time keeping cooks. The meat supply hasn't changed. I didn't speak to Mark Davidson personally about this, but he's a great guy and I'll continue taking my family there for very reasonable and good steaks.
