The vets here are very personable and kind. The staff answer texts made to their system in a timely manner and every question I've ever had regarding medications or whether it was worth making an appointment regarding any symptoms my animals have had.

The staff are very friendly, they have a clean lobby area and restroom, I think having a rubber mat on the floor in the exam room would help pets from sliding, they'd feel safe. Great place altogether. Thanks.

This is the best Veterinarian clinic in this area maybe the state! They are caring and kind and very knowledgeable! Doctor Sales is a pillar of our community with her work at the local shelter too! Thanks Brooklyn Road for always being there for us and our fur babies!!Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a positive review of your experience with us, Peggy. Our team sincerely appreciates it!

The staff at this Clinic is very caring and compassionate. From the reception staff 2 the technicians and the doctors themselves. I have been going there 4 over 15 years. During emergency situations and prior to going here I have tried other clinics in Jackson and I find their staff to be lacking in the same skill set that Brooklyn Road Veterinary provides to their clients. I highly recommend this Clinic to anyone
We would be happy to give you a treatment plan to have your dog spayed and vaccinated! You can call 517-536-4949 to have us work up a treatment plan for your dog's specific needs - we have a few questions to ask in order to give you an accurate estimate. We look forward to hearing from you!
We will be contacting you to discuss options for this concern!
We do not leave a patient alone that has not yet recovered from surgery. However, there is not someone who stays with animals overnight. In order to be alert and able to care for patients the next day, we do not have staff that stays overnight. If a patient is not stable enough to be left without supervision, we would refer the case to an after-hours hospital that has 24 hour monitoring.
