I would rate this place ZERO stars!! My family and I had a HORRIBLE stay! Our room looked like an old crime scene. There was brown spots all on the wall and curtains. The towels were yellow stained. It took 45 mins just for us to have hot water. They sat the bedding for each room in the hallway on the dirty floor. The front desk clerk was VERY NASTY toward my mother-in-law and even threaten to call the police when we asked for a refund..... not to mention.....🗣 BED BUGS!!!! Please DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. My room wasn't ready upon arrival. No shampoo or conditioner. Pillows flat or lumpy. Shower curtain had black mildew dots on it. Blow dryer not working had to have girl let me use one in other room. When I was leaving I noticed the cleans sheets were nicely folded sitting on the floor next to rooms that would be cleaned....how disgusting. When I called the supervisor wouldn't let me speak to the general manager. She insisted that she was in charge. Breakfast not impressive at all. My advice...stay somewhere else.

Not happy with our stay at all. It's old and I don't think it's ever had any updates. The carpet is dirty and bathroom wasn't cleaned properly (hair in the tub). The beds are really old. They feel and sound like they are going to fall to the floor when you get in them. The room smelled very musty so I opened the window for a while. Not too long though because there isn't any screens. The blackout curtains were ripped. The bathroom door had a dent where someone had hit it. The exit door nearest to our room has exposed wires where there used to be a key card lock. Not once was our room cleaned. I have no problem with using the same sheets for my 3 night stay, but they should at the very least come in and clean the bathroom, vacuum and empty the trash. I will never stay with this hotel again.
