Why does the management do nothing about the terrible service and attitudes most of the employees give? We ordered 4 hot fudge sundaes and a cone. There was barely ANY fudge on three out of the four sundaes. Wait time was outrageously slow.

The manager probably was one of the "terrible" employees that got promoted.

Its definitely a problem at this location. Management itself is the problem for hiring the bad employees there. I guess they have better things to do than their jobs. I stopped going there a long time ago. Luckily there's another location a few blocks away w better management and employees.
