The staff is very unprofessional and rude and takes like what seems like for forever to bring your food ordered fresh wings and got re-dropped wings so done with it

99 percent great experiences when we go. Which is often. They know our "usual" order. We talk mess and sig with them late night. It's "New York fried chicken" not "Grand Rapids fried chicken" I've traveled a bit and it's par for the course with big city food joints. I would recommend Captain J's or 4 brothers for you.

Don'ya don't take it to heart too much. I have certainly felt like that too, but its just different cultural mannerisms than what most people are used to. It was much, much worse about a year ago.
