Stopped by to look at cell phones for my mom. Ended up finding one she liked at a good price.. She had her new phone up and ready for use before we left. Customer service was very patient and helped her every step of the set up.

This Best Buy location is one of my favorites! The guys in the cell phone area are always super helpful and nice. I came in to get my screen protector replaced, I normally see Brent, this time Chase put it on and I would definitely 💯 trust him to do it again. I've very picky about the screen protector being put on correctly, he did a great job with no bubbles and no edges coming up.

Paul Ellis is the owner of All Phase services his Integrity surpasses that of many. If you need work done on your furnace, air conditioning he is the man to hire he doesn't overcharge for his trip charge and he will only fix what is necessary to make your equipment work and be safe for you and your family. I highly recommend and hire him whenever I need work completed. Trying you'll never use anyone else he is the best.

This particular Best Buy location seems to always be staffed with people willing to go the extra mile, answer every question and accommodate any specific request. In a world seemingly conquered by Amazon, I'll always shop here for tech if they carry what I'm after. The expertise and friendliness of the staff is second to none and they work exceedingly hard even when short staffed. You know what you're after when you walk into a Beat Buy, this one just has a little more to offer.

That is kind of a broad question please be a little more specific. Are you talking about the trade-in deals that they have?
You don't need to. But it helps to call ahead of time to schedule something if you don't wish to wait in line.

They are there to help but try and balance the line of being helpful and being a pest. Imagine if you are a person that does not need any help and everyone comes up and asks if you want help. That becomes annoying..."why are so many people helping me out, I just want to be alone". I recommend quickly asking and sure you will get amazing support.
I do not believe so maybe depending on what Mac book version you have but apple is pretty picky about you upgrading stuff

Bernie, try asking their customer service or call 1-800-BEST-BUY. This would be the wrong place to get that answer. Best guess though, you missed out. Shop sooner next year!!

Yes they carry the bands. If you're looking for the older style fitbit's however they can order for you.
If you are asking about cable boxes from companies like Comcast, charter, direct tv, etc. the store does not sell those. You will have to go through your service provider for those.
Yes they do except recycling for desktops and make sure the memory is wiped completely before recycling. This service is free. However if you are recycling a TV they do charge a $25 fee which is standard now a days.
