Let’s just say I’ve wasted an enormous amount of time even dealing with these people and the company. Here’s the breakdown, I went in for an interview. Interview was literally less than 10 minutes (which is fine by me) went in for orientation the receptionist Erika said to be there before 8am was there 15 min early. Orientation didn’t start until 9am a whole hour later. Let’s fast forward to them getting my information and what not blah blah. So HR is telling us about scheduling for those who don’t have a guard card yet. I’ve reached out plenty times about a schedule so I know when I’ll be able to start working. You think they contact me? Nope. Even called a department that handles the the scheduling someone answers the phone in a unprofessional manor, I had to ask and make sure I even had the right number which I did. I told the lady my name and asked about a schedule so I can start work. She replied “I will contact you once I get in the office” never got a call back. I even sent an email out still no reply. I started orientation Tuesday 11/17/2020 and I haven’t received a call or email to let me know any progress on when I can start work. Literally I have wasted my time and I wish I read the reviews on this company before I even applied. They got my hopes up thinking I would’ve be able to start work a post that doesn’t require a guard card until mine come. I am beyond angry and upset I even put the time in thinking I would be able to get a job during the pandemic. This was a total and huge setback for myself and the lack of professionalism they have is beyond me. GMI don’t preach about professionalism in your orientations if you guys can’t keep up with that honestly. I highly don’t recommend this company. HIGHLY. UPDATE: it’s been well over 2 weeks still no one has reached out to me. The time I did call the schedule manager she was VERY disrespectful and highly unprofessional she claimed I wasn’t in their system right. But when I called to ask for information she said she wasn’t in the office which I did call during business hours. So if you wasn’t in the office how did she know I wasn’t in the system. I have a whole ID badge from these people. I will get an attorney for this matter and take legal action with them.

This company has their security guards without any badge or identification. If I could give them less stars I would. I had a security guard approach my car to get towed after only being in the store for less than 10 minutes. Arnaldo Lopez is his name. I asked him for his name and he walked away without showing anything. We have had complications before but this security person seems like he is on a hunt for towing cars away. I talked to the manager and he said that they will talk to him about his lack of professionalism, but I'm not convinced that they would do much. If this continues I will make sure I document everything and make them responsible for any harassment.

Very unprofessional company. I had been called a week before to schedule an interview and was given all the details and an email confirmation. The day before the interview, I was called once again to confirm the date and time, even received a text message, and was advised to get there early as it was first come first serve. The day of the interview, I got there 20 minutes before, was the second person on the list and was dressed more professional than most of the candidates there. I filled out a form and got interviewed for about 10 minutes or even less. The person interviewing me said that they had forgot to print out the interview questions and went on to ask me a few off the top of their head. Once I was home, I was reviewing my emails and decided to check my junk mail. I came to find that the company had sent me an email at 10:55, just five minutes before my scheduled interview time, stating that they were going to continue their search with other candidates. If they had decided to move forward with other candidates they should have notified me prior to or told me in that moment that I was not going to get the job. It was a waste of my time getting ready and driving over there for a five minute interview only to find that email after. Again, very unprofessional. There was no reason to have me there still wasting my time and go through the interview if I was not going to get hired.
