Reserved sites are check in at 2 pm. Walk up sites are first come. See the Host on site if you have further questions.
I can only guess that 10 a.m. would be okay...It's not the busy season and you will have a lot of great sites to choose from...it it's not 10AM , then noon is definitely the time!...
And 12 is only if there no one there if there is then as the gentleman on hear said 2 pm if someone had that site the night prior
