This place comes up as dog friendly in Google. Is that only for outdoor seating? I am visiting in early February...

I would expect that dogs (other than service dogs) would be restricted to the outside seating area. A quick call would likely be helpful.

Yes it is dog friendly and it would be outside seating or you can get it to go and eat it in your car.
