I was so pleased that the Empire Village restaurant is still open. Them like a lot of places have closed because of Covid related issues. I was going to give them 5 stars but they don't have the buffet open. However the food we order was Hot, fresh and plenty. There were four of us adults and we all took food home. The waiting staff were all very pleasant.

Excellent food and service. Large portions. Took most home. Ordered sweet and sour pork lunch special with side of house special egg foo young. The egg foo young was huge and some of the best I’ve ever had. I was told they might bring back their buffet in a couple of months.

No not yet, waitress said they have no plans to re open any time soon
It wasn't last I knew but they were available for dine in. With restrictions being lift this weekend I would assume they are operating as normal. I would say best to call and check
Masks required to enter and either pick up your take out order or dine in, people are spaced out so your six feet apart, place order, take mask off and dine. No buffet while covid is still a concern. Best chinese food in area.

There is. When you buy the dinner buffet, you can get a small container of ice cream. The choices are usually chocolate, vanilla, and coffee.
