I was truly impressed. A friend recommended this spot on our way back from Connecticut for lunch. I got the brisket. It was smoky and juicy and fatty... My mouth is watering just thinking about it again! I ended up ordering a 2 meat platter to go to take home to my husband who is from Texas and is very picky about BBQ. His response when he tried it: ' Huh... This is pretty real'. Fairly high praise if you ask me! 🤣🤣

The best barbeque you'll find in the north, I'll wager. Holy cow (and chicken and pig), is this place good. I had a pulled pork and cole slaw wrap, and nearly died a very happy man. At least a half pound of pork in there, covered in sweet sauce. It was great. My son also had pulled pork, but in a full size (half pound of pork) sandwich. It comes without sauce, so you add your own. He loved it, even the bun. My wife ordered a platter with pulled pork and brisket. For as much as we all loved the pork, she and my son said the brisket was even better (I don't eat beef, in general). I really loved her cole slaw side, though. A little heat in it, but just a touch. We ordered ours online and picked it up to go so that we could eat it at nearby Tree House Brewing. A perfect lunch.

The smell is fantastic from even the parking lot. Brisket was good and nice deep flavorful bark. The best of the plate was definitely the green and gumbo.

Damn this place is good! Brisket was super moist with great smoke taste. Pork belly was ridiculous. I usually find pulled pork boring but it was fantastic here - it didn’t need any sauce. Small place - wait time was about 30 minutes but the …

@Amanda Bowers. I always order online and it is ready the time I put in for pickup. Walk in right past the line and get your food.
I would expect that dogs (other than service dogs) would be restricted to the outside seating area. A quick call would likely be helpful.
Yes we are.
Stop at treehouse brewing and grab some amazing beer then drink and eat here. Amazing
No they are BYOB, so you stop at Tree House pick up zome great beer and then have the best BBQ to go with it at BTs
I'm assuming there's other things to eat as well, but typically a half pint of one of their meats (like brisket) is sufficient for 1 serving per person
All of our meats and seasonings are gf most of our sides also. There is a menu posted in front of the register that has all of these items highlighted and any of our staff would be happy to walk you through the menu.
BT Smokehouse is southwest of Worcester, Massachusetts. Not Worcester, Vermont.
The gumbo is AMAZBALLS!
Oh boy, I don't mean to be a voice of dissent, but this type of question is misplaced at BT's. Before walking in here one needs to give in to beautiful succulent meats and flavors to be forever dreamt thereafter, and forget about counting calories or dietary concerns. Eat, enjoy, and give yourself a good bit of cardio the next day if you feel bad. But in an attempt to actually answer your questions a BBQ beef brisket + bread sandwich of 312g from Kirkland is 710 calories and comes on a crappy brioche-looking bun, but BT's comes on a smaller quantity of toasted rye(?) bread. BT's likely has a bit heavier meat load, but I'd think in the end it would be close to the same, so perhaps 800 would be a good estimate.
