I highly recommend it, especially if you have kids or older people. If you don't have reservations and they ar3 busy, you could have to sit upstairs. The service up there is slow because there is usually only one waiter for about 10 tables and you have to carry whatever you got from the salad bar up the stairs. (I.e. lobster bisque)
