They are booked Christmas and Christmas Eve I just left there. I can't say what other days are booked up but it's a note on the door. And good luck with they phone stuff.
They are open but it's my understanding they are pretty booked until after the 28th with Christmas parties
I use the open table app and schedule a reservation, I've used this app in many states and many restaurants it works great!!
I was their last week. Definitely still open. It took me 3 tries to get them on the phone when I booked. Btw be sure your booking a week in advance because their list fills up quick
