It's been over four years since I've been to the center so I'm not sure what to expect. When should I re-enroll? Will I be provided a new donor#/card? How long will it be for the card? What are their weekend and weekday hours?

You will get the card the same day. You will need something say where you live and your SS card. I'm not sure what the hrs are now with this mess going on but you can call and ask them
