They almost never do cash back when I need it and their customer service hasn't been open in a few months or at least it's always closed when I go. I use Western Union frequently and disappointing that it's never open when I need it and have to travel to another location despite this store being only 5mins from my house. More than half the time I call to find out if they are doing cash back or to see if western union is open they don't answer so I'm forced to go in only to find that they aren't doing neither and it seems like they have enough employees so I don't get it. Other than that I'd give them 5stars but I've wasted to much time trying to use their customer service for nothing so that is why I'm giving a 1star
