Staff are usually very friendly, drinks are exactly the same as any other Starbucks. However, order ahead! Or at least drive-thru. Every time I go inside to order, it takes at least 15 minutes to get a single drink. It is otherwise what you would expect at any Starbucks.

I absolutely love Starbucks! I have been going for years. This specific location is spacious and quiet enough for those who need to get their work done or want to spend time with friends! The employees are very friendly and work to ensure your drink or food is the way you want it!

Never had this problem. Maybe you go only at peak times, maybe your order is complicated, maybe you're rude to them, maybe 20 to 25 minutes is a gross exaggeration because you're under caffeinated and late for work?
