Unfortunate to see all the bad reviews. First time being in a Dunkin Donuts and the food/coffee were great! Faster, tastier, and cheaper than Starbucks. And the gentleman working on the day this review was posted was extremely nice and upbeat! If y'all haven't yet give this location a chance!

Placed a walk-in mobile order. When I arrived my order wasn't ready and no one told me they couldn't prepare food. I waited 10 minutes then I asked about my order after seeing three customers walk-in place their orders and leave. I later found out my drinks were sitting on the counter 😐. Then I left and realized I was missing something. I turned around then I found out they couldn't prepare food. No signs were on the door. I did get a refund but I wasted about 20 minutes. This was the workers between the hours of 9:30a - 10a on June 17, 2022. Edit: I should've read the reviews before going there. Will not be returning.

What kind of doughnut shop sells you doughnuts they do not have..this one does. Absolute madness. Drove through for doughnuts. Was told I had to order online. Did so through the application. Drove though to pick up my order and was told they had no doughnuts. Was told to request a refund through the app. Total waste of time and money!

So my mother just went to pick up some donuts, got there and as she began ordering a dozen was told they were only doing online orders at the moment. She downloaded the app, made an account, ordered and paid. And then was told that they didn't have donuts, and that because she ordered online it's non refundable. Absolutely ridiculous.
