I tried to give this store plenty of opportunities to do everything that we needed them to do. However, I can only assume that Staffing trouble or training is what has caused so many delays and delivery of our mower.

Just had a delivery for a refrigerator, they dropped it off, did not hook up water line, asked me to to go to store and pick up an adapter and left less than a minute after I pulled out of my driveway. 2 Delivery drivers unprofessional and zero communication, will not pick up phone to come back and get fridge as well.

I had a great experience with two out of the three Lowes store representatives I encountered this evening. Eric (Supervisor) and one of his dept staff (young African American male who noticed my need for assistance & was accurately knowledgeable of the product I was searching for) exemplified excellent customer service to my wife and I as we searched for a lawnmower. The African American store rep went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure we were well taken care of after I was handled rather shrewdly by a Caucasian female store manager/Supervisor who cared less if I purchased a mower there are not. Needless to say, I will purchase a mower from Lowes but not that store. Thanks to Eric & his extremely empathetic and understanding staff, I received the information I needed to purchase a store credit card (online) which I will utilize at the Battleground or Cone store to purchase the Honda Lawnmower I sought after. As a Supervisor myself I know what GREAT customer service looks like and two of the three representatives I encountered received a 10 out of 10; while the lady received a 3 out of 10. Sincere care and concern for the customer is the easiest thing to do in the retail business. It's what keep people coming back. Thanks Guys!

I recently purchased a heater. My electrician said I purchased the wrong type. I called back to Lowes and the heater had already been shipped out. That was fast. She told me to take it to any Lowes and return once received. It was a very smooth transaction.

If you're asking about the 100 pound tanks It's not available. Only propane exchange for the 20 pound tanks.

Kobalt or greenworks if its 60 or 80 volt batterys you will have to call the number on your battery. They keep the 40 volt kobalt in stock at store
