So disappointed in Lowe's. They told me my new fridge would be delivered today, Friday 8/19 from 12-4p. I get an email confirming the delivery date and time. I get off work early, take everything out of my old fridge and I wait. At 430p I decide to check the email that was sent because now I'm wondering what's taking so long. I log in with my email and my order number and guess what??? My delivery date has been changed to Wed 8/24. I did not recieve a call or an email!! No explanation was given. I ordered from the Lowe's in Greensboro and apparently it was rerouted to the Lowe's in High Point, which is fine. But I deserved the courtesy of a call or at least an updated email. Don't have people waiting around for something if it isn't going to be delivered. I left work early for this. So upset.

Went to buy some appliances and was warmly greeted by Chuck. Chuck was very helpful and worked with us throughout the entire process. However, the assistant store manager Rhonda was very rude and was not professional nor mindful.

By far the WORST customer service I have ever seen. We ordered a tile backsplash for our bathroom. We paid to have supplies delivered. The day of the scheduled delivery, the driver calls and says they can’t deliver it because it’s lightning and would bring it out the next morning by 9am. I called the store and the associate said that wasn’t true and delivery drivers can’t reschedule deliveries. The associate ended up bringing my order but some items were missing. He assured me that he would let the manager in flooring know and we would have the remainder delivered prior to our installation date. Oh and the associate said the drivers told him that I requested to change my delivery!!!!!!!!! I have the delivery guys phone number. He called me! Fast forward, we are supposed to have our installation tomorrow and still have not received the rest of our order. I called the store and was told I can come pick it up!!!! I paid for you to deliver it because I can’t drive due to surgery!!!! I was out on hold for 15 minutes and NO ONE picked back up. I called back and the associate said the person I was talking to was standing next to her trying to figure it out! Well can they call me back rather than keep me on hold like I have nothing else to do??? That was 2 hours ago. I called corporate. They gave me a claim number and I asked what does that do and she dated it’s a request to have the store call me back within 24 hours. WHAT????? I will be returning what we have and calling a professional.

The staff is amazing when you need help. They are very friendly towards well behaved k9 companions. Good selection of all things. No complaints at all. I haven't made any large purchases from this location.

Mask inforcement, 6' distance, the cashier's wear gloves, markers on the floor, hand sanitizer at the entrance and the registers, wipe down the counters and the pin pads, weand shields at the register.
