Extremely disappointed by their lumber. Every single board I got was skewed and warped. None of the edges of their more expensive plywood is squared properly. This store also won't take back bad lumber products if you already made a cut of your own; conveniently, if they cut their terrible stock, for you they'll return it no problem. I've been shopping here for years, but after this experience I certainly won't be any longer. Unless you're looking to burn money on junk stock, look elsewhere for a place that actually cares.

I used to shop at the competing store on Battleground but have switched to Home Depot off of Battleground. Staff is so helpful, kind, and friendly. Shout out to Alex in lumber dept. Friendly, helpful. Great to see smiles and kindness from young adult staff.

I purchased a trailer from this location 3 weeks ago for my business. The day I purchased the manager couldn’t find the title. He told me that an employee would deliver it to my house to save me a trip back to that store. We walked outside to trailer and I pointed out that the trailer didn’t have a stand. The stand is supposed to come with the trailer. It is a necessity. The manger (Josh) told me that he would make sure the title and the stand were both delivered to my house. I waited patiently for a week before I called back. I have not been able to get in touch with Josh since, but other employees said they remember that day and that situation. I was told Josh would call when he got in the next day. No call. I’ve called back multiple times but I have still yet to speak with Josh or receive my items. It is now week three and my business is at a hault because of Home Depot. I tried to be patient but this is unacceptable. Don’t sell incomplete items to your customers! The only reason I did not give 1 star is because the guys in tool rental are great. Mike and the other guy are very helpful.

Matt in doors and windows was great! He was patient and very knowledgeable about construction and the company’s products. So much so, I thought he was a contractor. He sat down and compared easy option in order to get me exactly what I wanted at the best price and in a timeframe that was preferred. He even helped me out in another area of the store! Great experience
