They have been telling me and the woman that has been helping me find resources for months that me and my children were on their waiting list and had 2 families ahead of us. Then all of a sudden they say that we aren't on the waiting list and never were. The director was rude and disrespectful when she called me from the moment I said hello. She kept repeating herself about integrity and pride since 2015 but wouldn't let me say a single word. I eventually had to just hang up on her.
