Is there an information kiosk inside the center where you can get a paper map of the stores and, if so, where is it located? If you're with someone with mobility issues, you can't afford to waste steps.

I have never seen one, only a desk at the entrance of Nordstrom's on the restaurant entrance side. Most likely only provides store info. I would call the Oakbrook Center main line or look online.
