Love how this mall is outdoors unlike many malls around the area. They have a really big water fountain located in the middle of the mall. Definitely recommend

Went to Oakbrook Center recently with my family. This mall has almost all the establishments we usually visit. Great location with vast numbers of well-known brands. There are not many people in the mall so no lines in the stores. Very polite and attentive staff. There is no way you will leave without buying a thing, people always have huge bags of gifts for themselves. This mall it is spacious and looks fancy, without being intimidating. There is a lot and diverse restaurant choices. Clean and pleasant inside. Ambience is impressive. Great mall to on date, with your family and friends. The parking lot is accessible. Highly recommend for shopping and entertainment.

Many shopping options as well as good eats. As well as unique and beautiful landscaping. Plenty of sitting/resting areas. It would of been better if stores were labeled as their location. For ex: Q4201 or R 2309. That would of made everything easier to find.

Love this mall very beautiful can't wait till the weather warms up plan on returning to this place and be able to walk around a little longer cuz the day I was there it was freezing

I have never seen one, only a desk at the entrance of Nordstrom's on the restaurant entrance side. Most likely only provides store info. I would call the Oakbrook Center main line or look online.
