Can I give them a zero? Zara’s solution to not having enough fitting rooms and long lines is to limit items to try on. You can’t take more than six. If you have 10 items for instance, they won’t hold them in the fitting room so you can switch them out. You have to go back out and go through the whole line again to be able to try the rest of your items!!!!! Who is going to do that??? I thought they were in business to sell clothes? Instead they are dramatically inhibiting sales and alienating customers. An example of another company who has lost the plot about customer satisfaction.

Zara has some great items but this place has NO tall size inclusivity. The Oak brook location is always messy and won’t even let you try on items when their fitting rooms are closed. I bought a pair of pants and they said don’t worry you don’t need to try it on sorry our fitting rooms are not available just try them on at home and return them if you don’t like. I only wore them once and the manager said she can’t do anything since it’s past 30 days even though all the tags were on it and they did not have a fitting room available. GO ELSEWHERE! Poor customer service.

This is the slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The cashiers give you dirty looks, are slow, and chat with each other the whole time. They are rude and the lines are unbelievably long.

I had an unfortunate experience at this Zara when accompanying my partner to the fitting room. The employee at the line let us pass, but another employee in the back of the fitting room approached the curtain and announced that there can only be one person per room. I exitted the curtain and said "no worries" and that I would wait for her outside of the curtain. The employee denied me to wait outside of her curtain and told me to leave the fitting room. I did so as to avoid confrontation, but it seemed like this employee was trying to satisfy her own preferences by altering store policy. It should pain this store to think that my partner could have purchased more clothes if they werent isolated alone in a fitting room to make a decision. I went to Abercrombie immediately after, and I was allowed to accompany my partner to the fitting room. I hate to write this because I love going to zara, especially for the men's clothing.
