I have been with express for more then 30 years and I love their clothes but for the last seven year I have been living by Oak Brook mall,so I shop on that side. I am a Latina person and every time I walk to the store there’s a white young lady by the entrance with a little stand fixing clothes or something and welcoming customers and when I enter I say hi she looks at me and ignore me but white people walks behind me she goes Hi welcome if you have any questions I am here to help. How would you feel if someone does this to you? I immediately walk out the store I also stopped going to this store.Express you need to do something about it I am Not the only one complaining about the same person, friends and family notice the same thing. BAD BAD SERVICE!

According to store hours on their website and google maps they close at 7 PM. I arrived at 6:15 and employee wouldn’t open the door. When I showed her the hours posted on their website she just shook her head through the glass…
