No. It is free. Trailhead is on a dirt road and you have to park on the side of the road. Trail is uphill, but falls are pretty. You can continue your hike past the falls for a.nice.walk in the woods on the Benton Mackaye to Stanley Gap trail. Alltrails site has great info. 😁
