You have to spend a certain amount in order to avoid shipping charge
I always ask those questions up front there is a shipping charge to a destination picking it up at the store is a convenience that they are giving you if the shipping charge is to your home I guess you would feel better so is this a specialty item or is this something regular evidently there's an additional charge for the item that you want
The shipping charge is only for amounts lower than $20 or $25 typically
You are paying for them to do your shopping for you so there will be a charge just like if you buy online from them it cost more because you are paying for them to do it for you and package it and postage
