I ordered at 1:56 pm for delivery, my work is 3 minutes away on Shelton rd. I called at 3 where's my order. The manager told the lady on the phone to say we came out and couldn't find anybody. We have a security guard at the gate and y'all had my phone number to call. Why don't the employees call. It's 3:20 and waiting still. Y'all have good food but your manager this evening sucks

Ordered two meals, both had baked potatoes. Get home to realize we were missing a baked potato. To charge almost three dollars extra and then forget to give it us, is really stupid.

Steak-Out is great for ordering a good meal! The staff at my SteakOut are friendly, courteous and FAST.
Worst Case
I usually don't talk about steak out but today I had a bad experience. My go to is the loaded baked potato with grilled onions.Today when I finally got the potato there was no cheese, sour cream, butter or bacon, plus my grilled onions weren't grilled and it took almost 35 minutes for my 5 minute order and before you say "oh, well they're always busy", no, I ordered this morning around 11 just so I wouldn't haveto deal with that problem

They only allow two patrons in the door at one time. Masks are required per mandate. Inside and outside they have markings to guide you in proper social distancing. They will bring curbside to your car if you prefer.
Not to our knowledge. Even though Steak-Out was founded here in Madison County, we are no longer affiliated with Steak-Out Franchising. They operate out of Atlanta. I believe they could answer your question better than I'm able. A bit of trivia though; Madison County Steak-Out is still owned and operated by the founder!
No they do not. Not a dumb question at all.😊
Heather, thank you for asking. Steak-Out Madison County locations do not offer shrimp. Mainly because the amount of food that can be on the grill at any given time lends itself to food allergy concerns. We stay too busy to delegate any part of the grill to shrimp only. We just don't want to risk making anybody sick.
