I had problems every step of the way. 1: When I arrived I was early. Instead of having a lobby open for me to wait in, I was told to wait on the bench outside...in 95-degree heat. 2: All business was done though night attendant widow. Again no lobby is open to guests 3: In the middle of my stay they deactivated my room key. Seems they didn't check when I was leaving. 4: Veeeeeery thin walls. So thin to other rooms remotes changed my tv. 5: Bed bugs! The bed was clean but the chair I placed my suitcase on spread bed bugs into my luggage/ clothes.

This would definitely not be my first choice for hotels to stay at. I was relegated to this option, because the original hotel i booked had an emergency fire and had to rebook my reservation. I was on the 2nd floor right next to the steps and not sure if it was a dog's or human fecal matter, scattered all around the stairwell floor. The smell was horrendous, like it had been there for days!!Also there were smoke burns and weird stains in the sheets. I had to buy a can of disinfectant from Walmart (not far from location), to spray down the whole bed and contact surfaces. The hotel needs a serious renovation, even as a "budget" alternative to the bigger and more expensive hotels.

They advertise breakfast or at least coffee and they do not have it. They do not have a washer and dryer. The pool is not open. Rooms are fairly clean no roaches. The bed are pretty comfortable you can not take a bath because you can not plug the tub. Rooms are pretty noisy you hear the people next door outside and upstairs. You have daily maid service. Clean towels and the rooms smell nice. The bathrooms do not have mold. The WiFi is a decent speed. And Libby’s is located right next to it the best southern cooking I have ever had!

Positive: Check-in was simple, and the front desk worker was polite and efficient. The room was clean and had a lot of extra space for luggage and other items. Negative: My partner and I were only at the hotel one night, and we experienced no negative aspects during our stay.
