I always go to this particular sun tan city as it is close to where I live. I can’t say that I’ve had many memorable experiences when it comes to the customer service. However, yesterday was a bit different. The girl who had checked me in, Sarah, I believe was her name, was a breath of fresh air. Very nice and professional. This business needs to keep her around for awhile :)

The woman were rude to my wife and so I am leaving a review for her, because that stuff doesn't fly in this house. The woman at the desk area yelled at her before her appointment walking towards the building without her mask on yet. Not even close to entering. It was 91 degrees she saw on her phone at the time. Then we masked up but she ripped into her. The crazy thing was she got closer to my wife to yell this, how is that safe? Plus all these workers inside were close to each together not six feet apart before we came. Live by example to set an example and no need to be a Karen. Will be reported to corporate! We did not proceed to enter and left and found a much more amazing place that was super easy to access. This location is a disaster to enter so don't bother! Unless you a Karen in your life who is near and dear to your heart :)

I went here only because it’s the most convenient location. When I tried to walk in, the girl at the desk said I can’t come in until I follow the directions, so I went out and read all the signs and proceeded back in. When I did that, she gave me attitude and told me to do it again “just like the paper says there”. The directions were not clear and her attitude was ridiculous for a place that had no other costumers and all the time in the world to explain. We’re all trying our hardest to follow the regulations but that kind of rudeness is unnecessary and uncalled for. For a large franchise, you’d think they would train these people on how to be polite and patient. I’m so glad there are other salons around that are friendlier.

I don't think you can suspend the membership, pretty sure its written into the contract that way I'd call the store and ask an employee
They have all the typical higher end lotions; Designer Skin, Jwoww, etc. They are all designed for indoor use, but I've used mine outdoors as well...
