Lately I have been calling to schedule an appointment and I would get put on hold then get an answer and whom ever was there at this time today September 16 2022. 3-3:37p.m would just hang up as soon as they'd answer. Closing time is at 4p.m supposedly, so that's still 1 hour left before closing.

Love Lakeshore Medical. My NursePractioner Carol Kreider has helped me get my health back on track. Recently received tools to help me at home with my health issues and educate me on how to change my habits to control my diabetes. Norma my Medical assistant helped set up my devices to use and educate me on other activities to attain my goals. It's hard to find a primary care provider that takes the time to make sure everything is okay with you. I'm thankful for everyone here.
