I'm putting a 1 star because of the fact I caught COVID from here. My doctor and nurse is kind it's just the lack of sanitizing the place. I know I caught COVID from here because the last place I've been to in 2 weeks was here and home & I know nobody in my household has COVID as they took a at home test. I find it funny the day after my appointment is when I started showing symptoms of it. I get that y'all are under construction but please sanitize this place!

I was seen at this location on 7/27 by Doctor Julian Moore. He was extremely professional and helpful. After being brushed off by three other doctors felt like Dr Moore actually sat down and listened to me. He ordered me X-rays and antibiotics on the same day as my visit. He was very kind and just overall a great doctor. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an outgoing and professional doctor. I also had to bring both of my children along and they were both misbehaving, the nurses and Dr Moore were very kind and did not make me feel of any less because I had to bring my children. I'm very happy to see this facility here in Okeechobee.

I had the pleasure of seeing a Care Manager today who went over and beyond for me. She gave a blood pressure machine and made sure I had transportation to my specialist visits. I had no idea that Medicaid had transportation for us. Thank you Jovita Hernandez for helping more than you needed to. Sincerely Sandy

This is the worst place to have to go to the doctor!! This is the only place I’ve ever had this many problems with! And the staff pretends you’re not even standing there! I’ve met nicer people at the corner store. They are the rudest and they had no idea what I was talking about but telling me I was wrong!
