To me, of all the bars and restaurants in Portland, American Pool and Billiards is the most relaxing. Whether nearly every table is full or it’s just a couple of other old timers playing by themselves, there’s room to throw a few cold ones back and shoot one of the most fun and frustrating games of all time. There’s a good beer selection on draft, occasional music playing over the sound system and even that arcade game where you punch something to see how strong you are. I think they have darts and a friend of mine had the wings and said they were good. I think they may do brunch, and if that’s right, what is a better brunch activity for you yuppies than pool??

Definitely good for those looking for a pool hall, drink menu is a but more limited (but let's be real, I like fruity cocktails and this isn't the place for those). All the TV's are tuned to various sports, music was pretty mellow, the bartenders were very polite and attentive, it was clean and not crowded. They had plenty of pool tables, accepts both cash and debit/credit cards. Not really my scene but all in all a decent bar.

This is a truly professional pool hall. Clean, good food, good tables, with a staff that truly wants your business. The patrons that I have encountered are also friendly, well adjusted people. They have plenty of in house tournaments as well as league play. Phil R.

Play in the APA regional qualifiers (March 7, Oct) as well as the hosted US Amateur held in September. While having a camp in Bridgton, I’m living in Vermont And look forward to competing and visiting the awesome staff and atmosphere.

Yes! There is still ping pong!
Hi John The Billiard table we have is not a real good example for a Billiard table. It is soon to be replaced by a 6 x 12 snooker table. Possibly in the near future we will add a quality table. At this time the table we have gets very little use
We are 21+ after 11:00 pm. We are currently all ages from open until 11:00. We may be adding parental supervision required for younger players in the near future.
9 foot tables
Most tables are $5 an hour during happy hour 3-6 pm Mon-Fri and then $8 an hour the rest of the time. The Diamond table is $10 an hour.
