Was not very impressed with the customer service at this store. We ended up having to sit in the parking lot on the phone with the "800 number" Long past closing time!

The store was clean but the employees were a bit rude, they wanted me to wait and check in and wait some more just to check the pricing that was obcurely printed on a tiny sticker hidden on the side of the package for a phone charger. The pricing shouldn't be hidden. Then, after ringing myself out at a kiosk thats tucked in the back of the store. I waited for over 10 minutes for a "team member to bring me my receipt.... ridiculous. I'll never return and will most likely switch carriers after this abomination of a visit to a store.

My phone was not connecting to the network. Also I have the unlimited plan. The agents told me I was out data and had to wait 19 days until my service renew. They did not attempt to help. I figured the issue out myself, the VPN was turned off.

Had to change sims card in my son's phone. Waited about 10 minutes. The people were professional and nice. I have always had good service from Verizon. Thanks!

Price has s7 Samsung. Try calling Verizon for accurate details.
I would call or drop by their store and ask. Phone Medics are a good alternative.
Smartphone medics on 72 does a good job & not expensive
Look on your "my Verizon app" under devices, yours should be there. It well say you are eligible or you owe 325 inorder to upgrade..
