what is the cost to upgrade a phone? I have an account but just dont understand what "upgrade eligible $325" means.

Look on your "my Verizon app" under devices, yours should be there. It well say you are eligible or you owe 325 inorder to upgrade..

It just depends on where you are at in your contract. Call Verizon and they'll be happy to assist you.
