Stay until asked to leave.
Until you are done with your business 😁
From past experience and depending on one's situation a pull over and sleep visit gets a person the most of 12 hours maximum. For those who need more then 12 hours visit three days stay. Best be one your way or they (OTE) will make you pay (basically OTE will make an appearance to your vehicle with a piece of paper in hand, which is a warning, some of you will feel like you committed a crime and leave unhappy. Some will not care and continue on what they were doing. Just use common sense and most of you will be left alone. Just keep to yourself.
Im a homeless (but own a pickemuptruck & camper 👻) two enlistments, with one tour "'Regular' USArmy 'Veteran'".....!. Lots & lots of proffesional/semproffesional "Leaches" at many Rest Stops, Parks, View Points, Etc., etc......!. 12 hours is the usual minimum stay. Each Place/Lot/Area has its posted time/stay limits....... Usually, rare if any daily police presence.....!.
A night for sure.. After that is anyone's guess
Not sure, but there's always a homeless guy or 2 panhandling there, doubt they ever get run out in a hurry..
No more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period. https://www.tripcheck.com/Pages/Rest-Areas-Regulations
Oregon law is 12 hours max
Two or three hours
Just about every rest area that I have seen has signs stating you should limit your stay to a maximum of 8 hours. I am only assuming that this rest area is the same.
